FastBusinessFiling vs ZenBusiness
This is the one worth reading the fine print on. ZenBusiness Pro and Premium are not one-time formation fees, they are annual subscriptions at $199 and $399 that bill again every year you stay. The free tier files in 7 to 10 business days unless you pay $79 to jump the queue.

Ours, for comparison: nothing renews on a FastBusinessFiling order unless you add our registered agent, which is $99 a year, shown at checkout beside a free option to use your own address, and cancelable whenever you want.
Where ZenBusiness is the better choice
ZenBusiness has a genuinely good dashboard and its compliance monitoring is a real product that some owners want. If you like having one company watch your deadlines and you will use the tools, the subscription can be worth it. Our position is simply that a formation should not be a subscription, and that most single-member LLCs never touch those tools again after week one.
Where these numbers come from
Every figure above was read from ZenBusiness's own pages on August 4, 2026 and is quoted as published. Prices change without notice, promotions vary, and your cart may differ, so check their current page before you decide. Where a provider includes a first year of registered agent service, we counted that year as $0 in their favor. State filing fees are excluded on both sides because they are identical no matter who files. ZenBusiness is a trademark of its owner; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with them. One price, quoted before you pay.
$100 to form an LLC plus your state's exact fee at cost. $50 for an EIN, an S-Corp election, a DBA, a reseller permit, or an annual report. Filed within one business day by a person who reads it first.
