Where ZenBusiness is the better choice
ZenBusiness has a genuinely good dashboard and its compliance monitoring is a real product that some owners want. If you like having one company watch your deadlines and you will use the tools, the subscription can be worth it. Our position is simply that a formation should not be a subscription, and that most single-member LLCs never touch those tools again after week one.
