Privacy policy

What we collect

The information you enter to place an order: contact details, business details, and the answers needed for the filing you chose. Payment card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Social Security numbers, where a filing requires them, are stored encrypted and used only to prepare and submit that filing.

What we do with it

We use your information to prepare, submit, and support your filings, which necessarily includes sharing it with the relevant government agency. We send transactional email about your order. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the government agencies you direct us to file with and the processors we use to run the service (payments, email, hosting).

Public records

Formation documents become public records with the state. Whatever addresses and names appear in them will be publicly visible; the registered agent choice at checkout is the main lever you have over that.

Retention and deletion

We keep order records for as long as needed to support the filing and meet legal obligations. Email support@fastbusinessfiling.com to request deletion of information we are not required to keep.
