Refund policy

Before we file

Cancel any order before we submit it to the government and you receive a full refund, including the government fee, no questions asked. Email support@fastbusinessfiling.com with your order number.

After we file

Government fees are paid to the state or the IRS at the moment of filing and are not returned to us, so they cannot be refunded after submission. Our service fee is refunded in full if we failed to perform the service you paid for.

If a filing is rejected

If the government rejects a filing because of our error, we fix it and refile at no cost. If it is rejected for a reason outside our control, for example a name that is already taken, we work with you on a correction and refile once at no extra service fee.

Registered agent service

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year, and no further renewals are charged. Renewal charges disputed within 30 days of billing are refunded on request.
