The prices everyone else puts in the fine print.
Formation is the cheap part. What decides your real cost is the registered agent renewal, the plan that rebills every year, and the free trial that turns into a monthly charge. Below is what each company charges for those, taken from their own pages on August 4, 2026, with a link to every source.
Registered agent, list price per year
Same service at every company: a legal address in your state that accepts service of process. This is the charge that repeats for as long as your company exists, and it is the only line the five of us price identically enough to chart.
Published annual rates as of August 4, 2026. Bizee and Northwest include the first year with a formation order, so a first-year comparison looks different from this one; these are the rates you pay to keep the service. Ours is optional at checkout, sits beside a free use-your-own-address option, and is $99 a year for as long as you keep it.

How we keep these pages honest
- Every figure is read off the other company's own public pricing page, quoted as published, and linked on the page it appears on.
- Each page carries the date it was checked. Prices change without notice, and a comparison without a date is worthless.
- Where a competitor includes a first year of registered agent service, we count that year as $0 in their favor.
- State filing fees are excluded on both sides. They are identical no matter who files, and folding them in only makes the gap look bigger than it is.
- Every page names where the other company beats us. Two of these four are cheaper than us on at least one thing, and we say which.
