Where Northwest Registered Agent is the better choice
Northwest has been privacy-first for years, their support is genuinely staffed rather than a queue, and their $39 formation really is cheaper than our $100. If you are only counting the first invoice, they win it, and we would rather say so than have you find out later and stop believing the rest of this site. What we would put against it is the invoice that repeats: our agent is $26 a year less for the same service, everything after formation is a flat $50, and your state's fee is on screen before you pay rather than somewhere inside checkout.
