Registering a foreign LLC in Florida
If your LLC was formed in another state and is doing business in Florida, this is what Florida asks for. This Florida section covers foreign LLCs only.
- Florida charges $125 to register a foreign LLC: a $100 filing fee plus $25 for the registered agent designation.
- You need a certificate of existence from your home state, dated not more than 90 days before the application is delivered.
